Thank you for your interest in volunteering (or performing community service hours) at the St. Augustine Wild Reserve, located near the World Golf Village in the northwest part of St. Augustine.

Volunteers participate in many activities at the Reserve, to include cage cleaning and maintenance, diet preparation, commissary cleanup, bowl washing, meat sorting, and assisting our tour guide. We have dozens of animals ranging from lions and tigers to coati mundis, porcupines and birds. We are especially looking for individuals who have a gift for public speaking and who would like to lead our tours, held every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. So, if you don't want to get your hands dirty, but enjoy speaking in front of crowds, you would be perfect for the Reserve.

Volunteers must be over the age of 18, or be accompanied by a parent when they volunteer. We usually start new volunteers at 8:30am or 9am on Monday through Sunday.

Please do not arrive at the Reserve without an appointment; you must schedule your first day online at wildreserve@aol.com, at which time you will receive an email confirmation. You will receive an email within 24 - 72 hours.
